drive its commitment to help build a sustainable world.
GTT places ethics and integrity at the heart of the principles that govern how it conducts its business.
These principles are – for everyone, regardless of their role in the group – a standard for behaviour and action, whether collective or individual.
For GTT, ethical and responsible behaviour, relationships of trust and transparency with all its stakeholders are key to ensuring the sustainable growth of the Group and the fulfilment of this commitment.
GTT has introduced an Ethics & Compliance policy in line with international standards, texts and regulations, based on three pillars:

In that context, GTT has implemented an anti-bribery programme and received ISO 37001 certification in October 2018. This certification was maintained in 2019 and 2020 following surveillance audits. GTT obtained its second three-year ISO 37001 certification for 2021.
In 2023, the Group received the ‘Privacy Policy Award’ at the Transparency Award and Compliance ceremony, demonstrating the Group’s excellence in protecting privacy and maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality and ethics.
